The Award Ceremony

This will be held at a prison and is a celebratory event to which, award winners, their friends and family, prison and education staff members, donors to and supporters of The Hardman Trust are invited. Commendatory certificates signed by our Patron, Lord Woolf are presented to award winners and citations, listing their achievements are read aloud to those assembled.

The award ceremony is generally followed by a buffet lunch which enables guests to mingle and to meet members of the Trust’s Management Committee. The event is always hosted by the Governor of a prison, is informal in style, and a great morale-booster for all those who attend.
